Wanake would like to introduce our new food service manager and newest member of our year round staff: Dale Swearingen Jr. Dale is a graduate of Malone University where he majored in History. He is married to his lovely wife, Ellie. Dale has several years of food service experience, including cooking for over 2,000 students daily at Malone. We are excited to welcome Dale to our team and look forward to the great food that he and the food service staff will prepare.
